Joining forces together with RSM Erasmus

Sustainable Development is one of the greatest challenges of our time. As a company, you might have formulated your sustainable ambitions, or you are currently in the process of doing that. Once you have formulated ambitions, however, it proves to be challenging to determine how to turn this ambition into realisation and to understand which drivers for change to prioritize to make the best possible impact in your sustainability journey. Wouldn’t it be helpful to know what is the best way to implement your strategy? Which challenges you will face and how to overcome them? 

We believe that, to ensure wellbeing for all, acceleration towards the SDGs is needed. 

At TOSCA we are extremely excited to announce that we have joined forces with Rob van Tulder from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). RSM’s mission is to be a force for positive change in the world. This connects very well with our vision that businesses can be a force for good and play a key role in the transformation toward the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

Together with RSM we are launching our transformative program: ‘Taking the next step in your sustainability journey’. This program will give you the insights, knowledge, and tools to make your next step towards sustainability successful at scale and with impact.

This program aims to support you in turning your ambition into real impact. More specifically, the program will:

• Make clear where you are right now, what your ambitions are and how you can achieve them
• Enable you to make the next step in integrating the SDGs in your business model
• Build capabilities by training and coaching of your change agents
• Give access to best practices through the share & learn sessions with participants from other companies
• Give access to State-of-the-Art knowledge and management tools as developed by leading business schools
• Provide you with guidance and support from senior professionals during the whole program

This 12-month program starts with an inspiring kick-off session to set the scene. As next step we will apply an extensive company scan, to map the ambition and current position of your company and get a solid understanding of the drivers of change in your organization. Based on this scan, we will provide you with a transition plan with clear actionable next steps. This will be the starting point to (re)set the ambitions and determine the transformation track on which we will work during the majority of the program. We will then measure the progress and recalibrate the plan. During the program we will train and coach a group of selected employees that will act as change agents within your organization and organize interactive workshops and sessions to share insights with other companies and learn from their experiences. At the end of the program your change agents will get a certificate from RSM.
